Mark Needs Petitions

Mark is in the process of gathering petitions to qualify to run for re-election. State law requires all county-wide candidates to submit 2,132 valid petitions by May 11, 2020. Petitions must be signed by a registered Leon County voter. This is of course complicated by the Covid-19 pandemic.

One of the changes authorized by the Secretary of State in response to the emergency allows voters to safely sign candidate petitions from the comfort of their homes, instead of in person.

There are two ways to do this:

This links to a copy of my petition that can be printed, filled out, and signed. Instructions for returning it to me are on the form.

Another option is to follow this link that takes you to a fully online version that people can sign and submit without having to print out the form. You can sign it using a mouse, but if you have a smartphone, tablet, or laptop with a touchscreen, using a stylus or your finger to sign might work best. The Submit button on the form will send the signed petition directly to my campaign.

Whichever way is easiest for you works for me.
Thank you very much!
